The Opportunity: 

Procom is a leading North American supplier of IT staffing services. We place thousands of IT Professionals on an annual basis and exhibit growth that consistently outpaces the competition. 

Due to our continued growth in Calgary, we are seeking a Jr Delivery Manager to join a well-established team. This branch has already developed a strong IT staffing service client base, but we need a motivated Delivery Manager to drive growth. 

This role provides the opportunity to:  

  • Work with multiple collaborative teams in Recruitment, Sales and Operations that support the efforts of the business to respond to and serve our client and consultant expectations.  

  • Be a valued contributor in a fast-paced organization connecting with both Customer and Candidate’s externally while facilitating high-performance sales and recruitment teams.  

  • Build a foundation for long-term career growth in a growing, entrepreneurial professional services firm. 

The Role: 

You will liaise between Procom’s Account Manager/Account Executive, internal recruitment delivery team and hiring managers to ensure Procom is maximizing roles filled within assigned accounts.   

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Participant in vendor spot-light calls  

  • Entering orders into Bullhorn and released to recruitment team  

  • Makes final decision on client submissions 

  • Lead job intake calls with hiring managers 

  • Coordinate and drive coverage, and follow-up with the recruitment team  

  • Track client updates on status of jobs and submissions and updating Bullhorn  

  • Facilitate the internal recruitment process, job launch meeting and develop sourcing strategies  

  • Initiate onboarding processes  

  • Provide feedback to Account Manager and customer on marketplace  

  • Coordinate interviews with Clients and Recruiters. Conduct Interview Prep for candidates.  

  • Assist in negotiations with recruiter, candidate and client to maximize offer acceptance  

  • Running redeployment reports to determine extensions and confirming end dates for all clients   

  • Complete client related reports and facilitate distribution to client or Account Manager (i.e., recruitment reports, QBR reports, contract expiry, PO max out, tenure rebate)  

Skills and Knowledge Required: 

  • Experience in the staffing industry either as in sales, account management or recruiting 

  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding established performance goals 

  • Strong individual desire to win but must also understand the value of working and performing in a team environment. 

  • Self-motivated, self-directed 

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills 

  • VMS/MSP experience an asset
