Aurora is seeking a Logistics Coordinator?to be responsible for coordinating the logistics at our Medical West distribution center at our Mountain facility located near Cremona, AB. With operations excellence and continuous improvement as our end goal - this role will work within our fulfillment centers and report to our General Manager.


Plan and track inventory and replenishment levels within the ERP/WMS system Receive incoming shipments and process receipts within ERP/WMS system Monitor/maintain physical locations and stock levels within ERP/WMS system Process internal inventory movement transactions Receive consumable supplies used in shipping Monitor stock levels of consumables used in shipping and reorder via purchasing Responsible for inventory accuracy in the ERP/WMS system Conduct finished goods inventory counts per predefined schedule Complete documentation such as cycle count reporting/inventory comparison reports Adhere to inventory reporting, adjustment, investigative and control policies procedures and regulatory-compliance requirements related to Finished Goods Coordinate with Quality Assurance regarding product returns Prepare and facilitate outbound shipments Coordinate with Quality Assurance for product releases Maintain all required documentation


Minimum 2+ yrs experience in inventory replenishment and inventory management Previous experience in Shipping/Receiving Ability to respond to dynamic and rapidly changing environment Comfortable working independently with minimum supervision Computers and technology oriented, experience in ERP and WMS systems Able to follow and uphold standard operating procedures precisely and consistently; detail oriented Understanding of quality management principles Able to lift to 50lbs and perform repetitive physical work on your feet Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal) This position works out of a cannabis facility and can involve exposure to cannabis/plant materials and aromas, and it is therefore not suitable for an employee that may suffer from allergies to cannabis/plant pollen material, or experience other medical issues, such as asthma and hay fever, as a result of cannabis/plant material exposure
