Our East End client is looking for a part-time Bilingual Bookkeeper who can also assist with the day to day administration needs of the office.


In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting team on various client accounts and managing the front office. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Data entry of accounts payable and receivables
  • Ensuring proper documentation and filing of client documents
  • Responding to client inquiries and connecting them with appropriate team member
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  • Other duties as required 

Qualifications:

  • A diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 2 plus years in a similar role
  • Familiar working in QuickBooks
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English
  • Available to work up to 3 days per week
