Our Mississauga client is seeking an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. Are you a lover of dogs and want to support a high-end pet supply organization grow their business?

Responsibilities include:

Website Management (25%)
- Assist with launch of company website using Magento2
- Develop, manage and optimize website content, features and customer experience that help differentiate our product’s positioning from competitors.
- Update and resize images for website using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Manage the process of listing new product online, including selecting imagery and writing product copy
- Keep products merchandised and sorted in a fresh way, in order for customers to be able to quickly find products they like as well as optimizing sell-thru rate and margins.
- Manage any promotional offerings on website including creating and uploading to website including imbedding any text required on website images.

Product & Partner Management (50%)
- Manage EDI Flow / Ordering Portals with all web-based customers (including but not limited to Amazon and Wayfair)
- Manage new product submissions for third party partners
- Process orders daily
- Manage product uploads
- Offer superior customer service support for B2C customers as required

Digital Marketing (25%)
- Execute digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM
- Manage, create and execute email marketing campaigns
- Create, execute and monitor social media strategy.
- Play an active role in researching and recommending digital marketing initiatives. Stay abreast of the best practices and latest trends and incorporate them when appropriate.
- Research and provide recommendations based on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and platforms
- Manage and coordinate all digital assets for digital ad campaigns
- Work with third party partners as required
- Prepare metric reports
- Completion of College diploma or University degree in Marketing/Business.
- 3+ years’ related e-commerce and B2B/B2C digital marketing experience
- 3+ years' experience with web technology platform Magento, experience with Magento2 is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills; Excel is particularly important
- 2+ years’ Experience editing product photos using Adobe Creative Cloud
- 2+ years’ Experience with SEO/SEM
- 2+ years Experience with Email Marketing programs and templates (such as Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive and flexible individual comfortable working on a variety of projects
- Comfortable working with external agency for marketing materials
- Must be comfortable with dogs in the office
