Role Summary

The Program Manager, Talent Management, reporting to the Director, Global Talent Management will work to implement talent management strategies, policies, and processes that drive the achievement of our strategic objectives and maximize human potential across the organization.  This role will be responsible for supporting succession planning, performance management, development planning, talent programs and talent analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•    Design, develop and implement the continuous improvement of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability including; succession planning, performance management, leadership development, competency models, talent programs, and workforce planning
•    Manage and facilitate the implementation and evolution of the talent review and succession planning process and the active assessment and development of identified talent in alignment with business priorities.
•    Manage the performance management process and the enablement of employees and managers to have robust performance, development and career conversations
•    Provide insights to support making better talent decisions and reinforce culture as it relates to selecting, evaluating, developing and aligning talent for future success
•    Collaborate with Group Subject Matter Experts to diagnose current and future business needs related to talent management strategy
•    Support ongoing data management, maintaining relevant data privacy legislation
•    Collaborate and support recruitment process to build a talent pipeline of quality internal candidates

Key Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge and Education
•    University degree or college diploma in Human Resources or related experience 
•    CHRL, an asset


Work Experience
•    5-7+ years of work related experience including knowledge of Talent Management and Leadership Development Programs and Processes including; succession planning, performance management, leadership development, competency models, talent programs, and workforce planning


Competencies and Skills
•    You enjoy a “hands on” approach to working in a fast-paced environment with a track record of performing in a complex matrix environment
•    Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs and processes that enable business performance
•    You are a highly effective verbal and written communicator
•    You stay informed on the latest developments in management, leadership, and organizational development areas to maintain being a subject matter expert 
•    Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
•    Strong ability to partner and collaborate
•    A sense of urgency and ability to see broad organizational view
•    Proficiency with MS Office applications
•    Experience with TMIS & HRIS Systems – SuccessFactors and WorkDay an asset

Work Environment
•    Overnight travel may be required 10% of the time within the Americas
•    Standard office environment
