Job Description

Our federal client is seeking a Project Manager who has experience working in Cyber Security (within Government of Canada preferably), for the enablement of a platform that provides easy user-centered access to common M365 tools in the cloud.

The following responsibilities under this contract include the following, but not limited to:

  1. Work in partnership with all stakeholders to identify technical architecture, challenges, risks, and recommendations for various the projects related to Transformation Programs/Initiatives by the client;
  2. Collaborate with all stakeholders on the evaluation of any relevant data from service providers, transformation teams, project management build teams and operational teams; and
  3. Complete tasks as needed directly supporting the GC Cyber and IT Security Transformation Program as well as other core transformation programs;
  4. Conduct analysis of Current State Assessments in support of core transformation programs;
  5. Produce various security artifacts as needed;
  6. Participation in related IT Security meetings, discussions and presentations to stakeholders or senior management;
  7. Document, review and track actions and meetings decisions;
  8. Perform functional and options analysis in support of program delivery;
  9. Perform impact analysis with the perspective of an enterprise solution, evaluate and make recommendations;
  10. Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions.
  11. Provide Security Training & Awareness.
  12.   Plan, conceptualize, coordinate and document recommendations for solutions based on client requirements;
  13.  Perform functional and options analysis in support of program delivery;


  • Valid Secret clearance
  • A minimum of a three year college diploma(computer science or other IT related field; OR a university degree at the Bachelor level in Information Technology (computer science or engineering) or other IT related field; OR
  • ​​​A minimum of LEVEL years (in the last 15 years) work experience in the IT field.
  • Five (5) years’ experience as a Project Manager in the Cyber Security field; 
  • Experience leading a large project whereby implementation of MS Office is a component of the larger initiative.
  • Experience overseeing Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) as well as Security Auditing activities in a Project Management context.
  • Experience in GOC Security documentation and Security Governance while performing roles and supporting projects in a Project management context.
