Job Description:

The International Admin Assistant is responsible for all center administrative tasks in the package center. The successful candidate must be available to work Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

This is a contract position for maternity leave coverage and ends May 17 2021 or at discretion of management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Re-packaging damaged parcels
- Scanning of and processing of paperwork of customs related package
- Customer service
- Contacting customers for address verification and delivery assistance
- Data entry
- Responsible for any additional tasks given
- Employee will be responsible for scanning/sorting packages and moving to various positions for coverage inside the warehouse

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Fluency in English both written & spoken is essential
- Be efficient in a fast pace environment
- Have good communication skills 
- Able to work in a targeted environment
- Work well in a team
- Working knowledge of word and excel
- Some experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage
