We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.


We are seeking a limited number of motivated and organized Sales Representatives to close sales and boost our customer base. You will utilize established leads and find new leads for potential customers. After making initial contact, you will present the benefits of customer products and services, helping them understand how these products can enhance their everyday lives. We also prefer candidates with zero experience of sales experience because we are willing to train the right person.


What does a Sales Representative do?

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of a client's products in order to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.


Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


What makes a good Sales Representative?

A successful Sales Representative should interact with others in a friendly and approachable manner, helping maintain positive relations between customers and suppliers. They need to have good time management skills to stay on task when they should be.
