We are currently accepting resumes for an entry level organized and motivated individual who is looking for a career as an Administrative Assistant at our branch in Edmonton.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be a support to the organization, specifically accounting. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
- Establish and maintain vendor information and ensure that all filing is completed.
- Input data according to company policy.
- Validate and scan invoices for accuracy, general ledger coding, and payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements in order to identify any duplicate or missing invoices.
- Perform general mail and courier duties, and order office supplies.
- Complete other Administrative or Accounting related duties as needed.
