We are currently accepting resumes for an entry level organized and motivated individual who is looking for a career as an Administrative Assistant at our branch in Edmonton.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be a support to the  organization, specifically accounting. Some of your responsibilities will be to:  

  • Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
  • Establish and maintain vendor information and ensure that all filing is completed.
  • Input data according to company policy.
  • Validate  and scan invoices for accuracy, general ledger coding, and payment terms.
  • Reconcile vendor statements in order to identify any duplicate or missing invoices.
  • Perform general mail and courier duties, and order office supplies.
  • Complete other Administrative or Accounting related duties as needed.


  • High School Diploma.
  • Knowledge of CDK considered and asset, however not required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines.
