Data Quality Analyst
Job Title: Data Quality Analyst
Location: Bedford, NS
Daily Responsibilities:
Analysts are responsible for profiling data from various systems with the end goal of developing new data quality rules. They will work with various stakeholder teams to understand how data is being used and to identify potential data issues and gaps. They will be required to understand various Capital Markets products and its associated counterparty and security reference data in relation to the scenario data quality rules are being developed. Analysts will be responsible communicating and clarifying assumptions with both business and IT stakeholders
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent Data analysis skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Data analysis and associated tools along with experience with SQL and/or python is required. The candidate will regularly need to pull and analyze data from various systems, including at times joining up to 4-5 tables
