Position: Operations Support Executive

The Mobility Mobile Devices & Logistics team is seeking an individual with management level business process, data analysis and reporting skills.

Must have:

Critical qualifications and competencies include: 
• Minimum 3 years experience in Retail and Call Centre business process and system support 
• Experience in the mobile / telecom service industry 
• Strong data analytical, root cause analysis, and reporting 
• Creative problem solving, planning and execution 
• Excellent communication & presentation skills 
• Experience managing virtual teams and resources 
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

Accountabilities: 
• Data analysis, reporting and continuous process improvements 
• Execution and management of ongoing and planned strategies 
• Management of internal and external resources 
• Escalation management and executive communications 

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies: 
• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, IT or related field. 
• Project Management 
• Business Analysis 
• Bilingual ENG/FR (written and verbal)
