JOB DUTIES:

Sales Representatives' Support

  • This role has a 10-20% sales component

  • Support the Sales team with their customers' requests

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Place orders for customers in Syspro and print packing slip for shipping

  • Follow up on shipping or FedEx discrepancies

Process Orders for Wholesalers

  • Verify inventory in stock & provide tracking details for dropships
  • Place drop shipments for wholesale clients

Customer Complaints

  • Record all customer complaints, ensure that all the correct information is entered
  • Communicate with Technical Support department for compounding inquiries
  • Enter a formal complaint in the system and follow up with Quality Control department

Back Up for Receptionist Tasks

  • Answer the Flow of Incoming Calls and Greet Visitors
  • Direct the calls to the appropriate recipient
  • Greet, sign in and direct visitors
  • Check messages and emails and direct to the appropriate personnel

Required Skills:
  • Ability to adapt, be self-motivated and develop crisis management skills
  • Excellent communication skills required; fluent English (oral & written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and highly developed listening skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required.
Required Experience:
  • One (1) to three (3) years' experience in Customer Service
  • College degree required
