Remarketing Solutions Inspection Admin-CDN Dealer Services
is responsible for various aspects of the inspection process.
Preparing Files for Inspection Co-ordinations (60%)
Review daily inspection file and ensure feeds are correctly transferred to the lease management and inventory systems
Prepare files with a copy of the inspection report/inventory management page and other messaging as required
Follow up on revision inspection to ensure changes are reflected on the Inspection website
Inspection Tracking (25%)
Cancel inspections as required
Rush inspections as required
Communicate with 3rd party inspection company for any inspection related issues
Aid with various aspects of the inspection process including maintaining spreadsheets, data entry, faxing and email correspondence
Verbal and written communication with internal and external vendors.
Early Return Inspections (5%)
Reports to: Team Leader Wear & Tear
