The

Remarketing Solutions Inspection Admin-CDN Dealer Services

is responsible for various aspects of the inspection process.

Job Duties

Preparing Files for Inspection Co-ordinations (60%)

  • Review daily inspection file and ensure feeds are correctly transferred to the lease management and inventory systems

  • Prepare files with a copy of the inspection report/inventory management page and other messaging as required

  • Follow up on revision inspection to ensure changes are reflected on the Inspection website

Inspection Tracking (25%)

  • Cancel inspections as required

  • Rush inspections as required

  • Communicate with 3rd party inspection company for any inspection related issues

  • Aid with various aspects of the inspection process including maintaining spreadsheets, data entry, faxing and email correspondence

  • Verbal and written communication with internal and external vendors.

Early Return Inspections (5%)

  • Work with other team members to co-ordinate inspections other than maturity

MISCELLANEOUS (10%)

  • Provide coverage for various duties as required

  • Other duties as assigned

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to: Team Leader Wear & Tear

Direct Reports: None

Education

  • High school diploma required. Secondary school degree required

  • Knowledge of basic office software and systems

Knowledge/Skills

  • Analytical and computer skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
