Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Site Superintendent responsible for the field management of construction projects for our Waterlo office. 

 Responsibilities

- Field management of construction projects including water and wastewater, energy, solid waste and environmental remediation

- Liaise with consultants, engineers, regulators and clients, manage staffing needs on the projects, coordination of subcontractors and purchasing of materials/supplies necessary to run the day to day activities on construction projects

- Experience with the development and implementation of design-build projects with a proven record of leadership abilities and effective decision making capabilities.

- 7 to 10 years experience in construction industry with a focus on multi-disciplinary experience

- College diploma in construction technology or engineering technology

- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office

- Must be well organized and able to maintain good documentation of field activities to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met

- Solid communication skills and must be able to work well with client representatives, site personnel and subcontractors

- Out of town travel is a requirement for this position
