More specifically, you will: Develop an in-depth knowledge of all Rogers products and services. Initiate contact with new subscribers and existing customers to answer general service inquiries and identify and action sales opportunities. Provide world class customer service and ensure retention by listening, understanding and responding to customer questions and/or concerns. Take appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely manner and to the full satisfaction of the customer. Present customer-focused solutions in a positive manner so as to address, influence and resolve customer needs as well as balancing the impact to the business. Identify and sell to customer needs for additional Rogers products and services on every call in order to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Meet or exceed all assigned targets for sales, call handle time, quality and customer satisfaction. Follow up and communicate with specific departments for escalation and resolution of more complex problems. Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to improve performance. Learn and embrace new Call Centre initiatives and training as business needs change. Ensure consistent availability to work within the Call Center's hours of operation and remain 100% compliant with expectations for punctuality and attendance. Perform other duties and special projects as required. In fact, you will act as a Rogers ambassador to our clients and provide them with a superior customer experience at all times.
If you... Have a high School Diploma or higher. Have a minimum one year customer service and sales experience, preferably in a targeted or commissioned sales environment. Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written), and a professional telephone manner. Are flexible to work shifts (including evenings, weekends and some holidays) to meet customer demand. Possess basic computer knowledge with Windows-based systems, internet navigation, and strong keyboarding skills. Are able to multitask by navigating through several screens while simultaneously speaking to the customer. Absorb information quickly and accurately and apply newfound knowledge on the job. Demonstrate ongoing initiative to improve learning and knowledge of Rogers products and services. Are able to ask probing and relevant questions to ensure understanding of information provided by the customer. Display good judgment and composure under pressure. Foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperation within the Call Centre and demonstrate an ongoing respect for coworkers and supervisors. Maintain professionalism at all times. We offer you...
